    Hello, I was a monthly VIP member and took the lifetime membership offer on November 28. I still received a monthly charge on November 30 and thought it was due to overlapping time. I received another monthly charge today December 30. I tried to resolve through the chat feature twice but have not received a reply. Please take a look and refund the past 2 monthly charges since I was a lifetime member by that time. Thank you for making great courses.
