Can the template only be used once on one site please. I’m trying to build 2 sites and it will only load up onto one site.

I downloaded and added to my Divi site, and there’s just the Header, 404 and Search …no footer. Wasn’t footer supposed to be included for the $7
Just purchased. The template has no footer when imported??
